    Kevin Dawidowicz President / Co-founder

    Kevin Dawidowicz, co-founder of several web-based application startups over the past nine years including Garden-Time.com, Midnightbox.com and CollectorsProof.com. Co-founder of M2Synergies, a 10-year old web application development company with a focus on advertising agency clients. Project management includes CMS, custom application development for online magazines, government sites, and major brand websites. Kevin’s role in the company is to ensure a unified strategic vision for the management team along with spearheading sales efforts.

  • Doug McKenney
    Doug McKenney Sports Performance Specialist - Founding Coach

    Doug McKenney has worked in the National Hockey League for 30 years and broke into the league as its first, full-time Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in 1985, where he began a four-season tenure with the Pittsburgh Penguins. In July of 1995, McKenney was named the Buffalo Sabres’ first ever Strength and Conditioning Coach and has been instrumental in the development of young and veteran players, steadily improving the performance levels for the team ever since.

  • Andrew Russo
    Andrew Russo Sports Performance Specialist

    Andrew Russo is an Sports Performance Specialist with significant experience in the CoachMePlus platform. Andrew joins us from Canisius College, where he was a Graduate Assistant baseball coach while receiving a masters in sports administration. Andrew is responsible for many large outside relationships, including several of our Major League Baseball teams.

  • Teo Balbach
    Teo Balbach CEO
     Teo Balbach has 27 years of experience in the software, media, and finance businesses. He started his career as a data analyst in the Harvard Economics department. In his early career, he helped develop expert systems and custom software applications, and worked briefly as a Program Manager for Microsoft. After business school, he worked at a Softbank Group company that was a pioneer in the digital rights management industry. Prior to joining CoachMePlus, Teo worked for 12 years at Mercury Capital Partners, a private equity group placing $100 million over multiple funds. Teo earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard University in 1991, and his MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth in 1997.

    Liz Young Marketing / Co-founder

    Liz’s experience lies on the digital strategy and branding side of the business. As a designer and creative director she’s done award-winning work for brands like Coca-Cola, The Olympic Games, and Pfizer, while as a digital strategist she’s worked side-by-side with many of the biggest agencies in the world, helping them to create engaging, technically savvy, digital experiences for both b2b and b2c audiences.. Striking out on her own in 2003 to create one of the US’s first Digital Production Studio’s, Liz grew her business from a one-man shop to a multi-million dollar company with offices in NJ, CA and NY.

  • Annette Wong
    Annette Wong Marketing Associate

    Annette Wong has recently joined the CoachMePlus team from the University at Buffalo where she studied genetics, bioinformatics and physiology. Annette also brings minor studies expertise in pharmacology and toxicology to the team. Annette manages a variety of marketing disciplines and client training initiatives.

  • Stephen Ostrow
    Stephen Ostrow VP Engineering / Co-founder

    Stephen Ostrow, is the former CTO of Centricomm, Inc., VP Engineering of CollectorsProof.com, and Sr. Developer at M2Synergies. His recurring role is being responsible for making sure the applications are architected with the ability to be built outwards in terms of new functionality as well as upwards in terms of volume. Stephen is responsible for engineering, shipping and management of regular product releases and ensuring stability through unit testing and the implementation of best practices.

  • Mike Dawidowicz
    Mike Dawidowicz VP Technology / Co-founder

    Mike Dawidowicz co-founder of M2Synergies, most recently, he served as EVP of Technology for CollectorsProof, an online item registry that successfully raised an angel round of $300,000. Michael’s role is to focus on architecture, technology, standards, evangelism and vision. He is responsible for evaluating creative opportunities and partnerships to apply tools and applications based on technical feasibility, strategic attractiveness and potential for market disruption.

Team Relations

  • Brian Hirsch
    Brian Hirsch Team Relations

    A Buffalo native and Medaille College grad, Brian works in customer support and team relations. He helps guide CoachMePlus clients through the setup and works to ensure their comfort with the product. Bringing a sports management background to the team, Brian also supports clients with upgrading and evolving their athlete data management system. He is a former NCAA Division III basketball player and has coached youth sports since 2008, including three Buffalo-based AAU basketball teams. When Brian is away from the office, you can find him playing basketball in a local men’s league.

  • Adam Siedlecki
    Adam Siedlecki Team Relations

    Adam is a Business Administration major with a concentration in Sports Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Management at Daemen College. A former high school hockey player, Adam works to facilitate team relationships and support clients. He was previously a hockey coach at High-Performance Hockey Development in Buffalo, NY and is currently the captain and Vice President for Daemen’s Club Hockey team. He is working toward his dream job of becoming an NHL scout.

  • Alex Lisowski
    Alex Lisowski Team Relations

    A University at Buffalo Business Administration major with a concentration in marketing, Alex is assisting CoachMePlus with team relations. He is a former tennis player who is using his CoachMePlus experience in his own coaching career as an assistant high school tennis coach. He is working toward a career in sales and customer relations management.
