CoachMePlus technology powers next-generation human performance and readiness tools for Warfighters

BUFFALO, NY — CoachMePlus, the performance technology behind the Warrior Performance Platform (WP2), announced today that it has been awarded over $9 million in new federal contracts, in partnership with TIAG, to expand WP2 and accelerate the Department of War’s Human Performance and Readiness Strategy.

“These awards reflect the trust the Department of War has placed in the technology we’ve built and the holistic health and fitness mission we support, driving innovation in achieving the DoW mission of improving the lethality of our warfighters.” said Kevin Dawidowicz, Founder and President of CoachMePlus. “CoachMePlus was built to advance human performance wherever readiness matters. Through our partnership with TIAG, WP2 is setting the standard for how performance data can be applied to readiness, resilience, and recovery at every level of the force.”

These awards represent a significant step forward in supporting the military’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) initiative, reinforcing WP2 as a cornerstone technology in advancing Warfighter readiness, resilience, and long-term force health. Funded by the U.S. Army, the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW), and the National Guard Bureau (NGB), the contracts encompass both operational and developmental efforts.

“At TIAG, we believe that enhancing Warrior readiness isn’t just a goal, it’s a responsibility. These awards reflect our unwavering commitment to delivering solutions that strengthen the Warrior Ethos and elevate human performance across every domain of the modern battlespace. WP2 is not only built for the mission, it’s built for the future of our force,” said Umang Modi, Managing Principal and Chief Strategy Officer of TIAG.

Key deliverables include the integration of wearable biosensors into initial military training as part of a congressionally mandated analysis, the deployment of WP2 across eight Army brigades and several state-level National Guard organizations as part of a “pressure test” of the WP2 capability, and the development of next-generation capabilities. WP2 is also being actively piloted across Navy and Defense Health organizations.

In addition to expanding the platform’s capabilities and reach, the contracts fund essential cybersecurity operations, ongoing accreditation activities, and content development services to meet the diverse needs of Army, Navy, and Guard end users.

WP2 is a scalable, secure, and flexible human performance solution used across military and elite performance organizations. Developed through a long-standing partnership between CoachMePlus and TIAG, the platform combines real-time data insights, performance management tools, and field-ready applications to support the evolving demands of modern military operations.
