From Elite Performance to the FrontLine
Over the past several years, CoachMePlus has continued to expand its human performance ecosystem. Through the Warrior Performance Platform (WP2), developed in partnership with TIAG, CoachMePlus recently received more than nine million dollars in new awards from the Department of War to accelerate national human performance and readiness initiatives.
The same secure, scalable technology trusted in high-demand military environments is now being extended to support local and regional first responder agencies. CoachMePlus is proud to partner with Ben Jacobs and Frontline Human Performance to deliver a software solution paired with his distinct expertise in strength and conditioning, nutrition and performance.

Departments today are looking for more than workout software. They need unified systems that connect training, recovery, nutrition, hydration, mental wellness, and readiness data into one clear operational picture. That is exactly what this partnership delivers.
As Kevin Dawidowicz, Founder and President of CoachMePlus, explains:
“Departments across the country are looking for scalable solutions that unify training, wellness, and data. Our work supporting WP2 proves the platform can meet the most complex tactical demands. Partnering with Ben and FrontLine Human Performance allows us to bring that same level of precision and readiness support to first responders everywhere.”
Meet Ben Jacobs: High Performance Meets Tactical Reality

Ben Jacobs brings more than 15 years of experience in strength and conditioning, sports performance, and nutrition. His background includes leadership roles at:
- Western Carolina University
- IMG Academies
- University of North Texas
- University of Louisiana Monroe
He has worked with Olympic, NFL, MLB, and collegiate athletes across men’s and women’s sports. In recent years, his focus has shifted toward tactical professionals, building systems that account for sleep disruption, unpredictable stress, cumulative fatigue, and the long-term health demands placed on fire, police, and EMS personnel.
At FrontLine Human Performance, the goal is clear: provide first responders with structured, practical systems that improve readiness without adding unnecessary complexity.
In Jacobs’ words:
“Fire, police, and EMS communities navigate stressors most people never see. Partnering with CoachMePlus gives departments a unified system that connects training, recovery, nutrition, and readiness data in a way that is usable and actionable.”
What This Partnership Means for Departments
With CoachMePlus and FrontLine Human Performance working together, agencies gain access to:
- Integrated strength and conditioning programming tailored to tactical demands
- Structured recovery and resilience frameworks
- Nutrition and hydration education built for shift work
- Readiness tracking across performance and wellness indicators
- Centralized communication and content delivery
- Data-informed decision-making at the leadership level
The platform allows departments to move beyond fragmented tools and disconnected spreadsheets. Instead, they can build a cohesive readiness system that supports individual operators while strengthening the organization as a whole. They also gain access to an industry expert in Ben.
A Unified Human Performance Ecosystem
This partnership strengthens the ecosystem of human performance for first responders.
CoachMePlus provides the secure, scalable technology infrastructure. FrontLine Human Performance delivers field-driven education, tactical programming, and practical implementation support. Together, the focus is simple:
Build healthier, more resilient professionals who are prepared to perform when it matters most.

As first responder agencies continue to navigate staffing challenges, operational tempo, and increasing physical and mental demands, structured human performance systems are no longer optional. They are foundational.
We are excited to work alongside Ben Jacobs and FrontLine Human Performance to continue building that foundation.
